Absolutely the worst customer service ive experienced from a company. I tried to cancel my internet but i cant until the next billing cycle so instead the customer service representative put my account on vacation mode! I still need my internet until i move. What a joke. I have to call again tomorrow and i genuinely hope they fire that person because she said she was going to put a note on my file but then they just suspended my internet! Awful!

BEWARE!!! Absolute worst service. Right after internet installation we requested phone service. That was 3/12/26. Today 4/6/26. I have cancelled all services with Frontier…. Apparently it’s the customers responsibility to get the old phone number ported over. I have been calling to get this number switched for almost a month. Today, was told to call previous service & have them call Frontier. After hour & hours trying to get this accomplished. Being told it was taken care of. Then being told I needed to call the previous provider & get a PIN number that I had already given to them twice. I called to get Frontier the pin & was told I would have to call previous carrier & have them pet the number. I said “NO” please cancel our services. I was then told there would be a $97.00 restock fee.🤬 I will pay this bill $5.00 at a time Please beware of this company. They don’t care about your business.

Don't say I didn't warn you! Decided to replace Cox with Frontier and that was a big mistake. Once I signed up with Frontier the emails and texts start bombarding from all directions including those confirming my installation appointment, which I indeed confirmed. Two days before the install, two men show up unannounced claiming they need to check out the exterior. After all the texts and emails confirming with me a certain date, they decide to send technicians prior to the date, again, with no advance notice. The worst has yet to come. I stayed at home the day of the install to make sure to be available for the technicians as they require. No show. They never came. I call several times Frontier support but their service is SO bad. They push so hard the self-service chat that they completely remove any option to communicate with a human unless you are a very patient person and willing to wait on the line till a human (from who knows where) picks up. Not done yet. There's more. Once the human picks up the call, I get disconnected for whatever reason and they don't call back. So I call again. This time I take the name of the agent and ask that they call me back if it disconnects and.

this company is the worst! This is the worst Internet service I have ever had. Picture constantly going in and out if you can actually get a picture. This company has contracts because people are constantly leaving because the service is so horrible. Whatever you do do not use this company try spectrum AT&T T-Mobile, whatever you do do not use frontier communications. I work from home do not have Internet paying $100 a month and unable to work because I have no Internet no TV know anything.

Frontier: An Unbelievable Display of Incompetence Our experience with Frontier has been nothing short of a disaster—three separate attempts to establish service, and each one worse than the last. First Attempt: After taking time off work to be available, we were told conflicting information about whether our home could even be serviced. Frontier’s own representatives gave us different answers, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Second Attempt: We were assured this time that our home was definitely serviceable. Once again, the process failed. The technicians were unable to run fiber from the road to our house—something you’d think they’d confirm beforehand. Third and Final Attempt: This time, they managed to run fiber to the house and even installed the modem inside. But in a final act of failure, the internet never worked—not even for a second. I spent the entire day without service before finally giving up, canceling the account, and returning the equipment the same evening.
